Volunteers and local teens gathered at the South L.A. Shelter on Halloween 2009 for a fun-filled day that included a pet parade with dogs in costume. We were able to introduce at least a dozen dogs to the public. It was also a chance for the dogs to feel sunshine and walk on grass for the day.
